Success Story – June – Annie Hill

by | Oct 24, 2022 | blog, covid19, Testimonials

Ms. Annie Hill was admitted to Calhoun Convalescent Center with failure to thrive and acute metabolic encephalopathy. While living at home, Ms. Annie was having multiple falls and developed a Stage IV wound on sacrum while in hospital.

After several weeks of dedicated physical and occupational therapy, Ms. Hill’s sacral wound has healed completely with the help of nursing, and she was able to ambulate in her room without a device to perform all self-care tasks. Ms. Annie is also thriving in her new environment by ambulating with rollator throughout the facility and attending activities daily where she has made a great deal of new friends.

We are so happy for Ms. Annie’s success and her devotion that has brought her to this point in her life. We love you dearly and will continue to offer our support!
